Ever since I discovered your site, I have been trying out your individual gourmet items in my cooking here and there and WOW am I impressed!

I usally shop such places as Williams and Sonoma or Trader Joe's for gourmet supplies but so far everything I have tried here has beaten them by far. I made an awesome vinegarette with this vinegar with a little olive oil, salt and fresh cracked pepper. I then tossed it with some fresh stilton cheese, candies walnuts and baby spinach! The vinegar was the star ingredient the highlighted the rest of the fresh ingredients.
